Instruction from the JRR
The JRR's PA-Librarian is available to provide instruction for Journalism classes. Library instruction available includes:
- In class sessions on library services and resources
- Drop-in workshops (held in the Frank Thayer Alcove)
- Research guides for a particular class or assignment
Examples of recent library instruction include:
- Introduction to Databases for Company and Industry Research
- Introduction to Refworks
- Simmons Choices 3 and Factiva Workshops
- Research guide for historical research in communications
To request library instruction for your class, please contact the JRR's PA Librarian. The PA-Librarian may also be able to offer instruction on an individual or group basis if you are unable to attend a workshop or need additional instruction.
